1. Where are you located?

theGLITTERY is located in Manhattan, NYC. For appointments, you can either come to me or I can come to you! Let’s make this easy.

2. Do you travel for events?

I travel within Manhattan/neighboring boroughs (there is a $35 travel fee for all events). However, I’m happy to discuss different locations should you live outside of these areas. Let me know where you’re located in the event inquiry form and we’ll take it from there!

3. What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for a 3 hour cancellation notice for private appointments and 48 hours for events. If cancelled less than 48 hours from the event, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

4. Are you licensed?

Yes, I have my NYS Nail Technician’s License.

5. Do you give pedicures?

Right now I’m focused on making your (finger) nails look their absolute best!

6. What kind of polish do you offer?

theGLITTERY offers standard nail polish and soak-off gel polish.

7. Will you remove my gel polish?

Yes, this service is complimentary, however please let me know ahead of time if this needs to be done.

8. How much are events?

After you fill out the event inquiry form, I will contact you to finalize all of the logistics in order to properly cost out your event.

9. Do you do children’s parties?

Yes! Yes! Did I mention, yes?!

10. Do you accept credit cards?

At this time, theGLITTERY only accepts checks or cash.
